It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum

Urban Design Architects has been commissioned to design this stunning contemporary residential building to provide large lifestyle apartments for families and empty nesters. The accommodation ranges from 77m2 to 153m2 two bedroom, two bathroom layouts with large balconies to the first, second and third levels, and outdoor living terraces to the ground and fourth levels. The architecture comprises a sleek design ethic with crisp detail combining charcoal metal balcony and window frames with stone coloured Tuscan render to the wall finish. The terraces are extensively landscaped, with large irrigated planter boxes and garden beds.

The built form is stepped back from the street presenting a well proportioned urbane built form which sits comfortably in the street with its neighbours.
